I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Encinias was thoughtful, friendly, and personable. They took the time to explain my dental health, treatment recommendations, and associated costs, and they addressed all of my concerns in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. My dental assistant, Joyelle, was also wonderful. From taking X-rays to the basic cleaning, and fluoride. They also explained each step of the process and helped put me at ease throughout the appointment. I was especially impressed with the financial coordinator, who took extra care to verify my insurance information and ensure everything was correct. Treatment plans, costs, and coverage were explained clearly, which I greatly appreciated. The front office staff were welcoming and friendly, making both check-in and check-out easy and efficient. Overall, everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive. I came in for a cleaning with a few concerns, and I left feeling that those concerns had been thoroughly addressed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental team. I also appreciated that the office supports charitable causes and provides an opportunity for patients to donate. The current charity is focused on improving access to clean water, which I think is a wonderful initiative.
