I cant say enough good things about my experience at this dental office. As someone who has struggled with dental anxiety for years, even making the appointment was a big step for me, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist!! The front office staff was absolutely incredible. They were so kind, patient and welcoming and they took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage and financial options in a way that actually made sense. I’ve never had that level of clarity before, it completely took the stress out of the financial side of things and made me feel comfortable moving forward with treatment. The dentist was just as amazing. You can truly tell hes knowledgeable and great at what he does but what stood out the most was their patience and how they took the time to explain everything to me. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. They made sure I understood my treatment plan and answered all my questions, which helped ease so much of my anxiety. On top of that, they were incredibly efficient while still being gentle and thorough—something I didn’t think was possible! This office has completely changed the way I feel about dental visits.
