I had my first visit here through VA Community Care and overall had a very positive experience. The office is organized, professional, and clearly experienced in working with Veterans. Aubrey was thorough with X-rays, photos, and reviewing my medical history and medications. Jen completed my periodontal exam and explained the findings clearly, and Dr. Encinas personally reviewed my imaging, addressed my concerns, and finished the appointment. I appreciated that the dentist took the time to explain bone loss findings and discuss next steps rather than glossing over them. I will say the cleaning itself felt a bit quicker than what I’ve experienced at other dental offices, where the hygienist usually spends more time on scaling before the dentist checks in. That said, they explained that my imaging looked good and that a deep cleaning wasn’t needed, which I appreciated from a clinical standpoint. What really stood out was their efficiency, communication, and how proactive they are with VA approvals. Their front desk follows up with the VA daily on behalf of patients, which makes a big difference navigating Community Care. Overall, I feel confident continuing my care here and appreciate how knowledgeable they are about VA processes.

One week ago, Xmas eve morning, i was awakened by a toothache. My dentist was closed. I started calling other offices and got only recordings. Much to my delight they answered the phone. I was told they were busy but she got my number and said let me see what she could do. Called back shortly and said come in right away we'll see you. Dr. Rawlings and the entire staff was so kind. On December 9th, I saw for the 2nd time Dr. Meehan for my regular 6 month check up and cleaning. Receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and professional. It was my first time meeting Jaedyn, Dental Assistant. She was wonderful and put me at ease from taking xrays to the teeth cleaning. She and I talked between breaks which made my visit very pleasant. Dr. Meehan came in to the room and appreciated my return to Dublin Modern Dentistry. He called me by my Nickname which I appreciated. He proceeded to check my teeth and allowed me to explain just as Jaedyn to see the option of another night guard. He gave me his professional reasons and suggested a new one. I am a self pay patient and so happy they have a program to make affordable monthly installments. Leslie is a pro in that matter as she found the best way for me and my husband to enroll in a program to safe money. Easy as that!!!! Overall, my visit was Excellent!!!! So personable!!!!🥰😊 Mimi
